Would you like to learn Reflexology? Learn how you can help yourself and others with ancient and modern techniques of Reflexology. Practiced around the world, used in hospitals, holistic centers, recommended by high profile medical doctors such as Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Bernie Siegel. The theory of reflexology states that there are reflex areas on the feet, hands, face and ears, which correlate to all organ and body parts. Hands on application of specific techniques to these reflex points result in deep relaxation and a reduction to stress, causing a physiological change in the entire body, boosting the immune system and bringing the body back in balance.  Reflexology is easy to learn by someone without prior bodywork experience as well as a wonderful holistic therapy addition for Healthcare professionals such as nurses, massage therapists, chiropractors, reiki therapists and others in the holistic health field. Useful knowledge for anyone looking for alternative careers or volunteering in a holistic environment as well as a natural therapy to use for your family and friends.

What I am offering.

Shorter classes over a longer period than most other classes. Classes offered in NYC are typically 8 hour days Saturday & Sundays. I am offering modules to make it easier to integrate into your schedule. Classes will not be longer than 4.5 hours, averaging 3.5-4 hours long. I have split the Basic and Advanced in two modules. It may take longer to acquire all the information, but you can learn at a more relaxed pace. You will also have more hands on practice in class.

Certification.

Why get Certified? Reflexology is becoming more and more popular as a complementary therapy in the health care profession. Qualified competent professional Reflexologists are being sought by the public and the health care industry. Becoming Certified not only promotes the field of Reflexology, but establishes that you have the credentials to offer competent, skilled Reflexology. Of course when you finish each module of reflexology, you will be given a certificate of completion. If you would like to become Nationally Certified, than you will receive a certificate stating that you have completed 200 hours of Reflexology study and you will be eligible for National Certification.

The feet are our roots, the foundation and support to all our organ systems
